Job Overview:



We are seeking a highly motivated IT Sales Manager with over 5 years of experience in IT solutions and sales management. In this role, you will lead our sales team to drive the growth of IT solutions and services, targeting both new and existing clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing sales teams, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue in the IT sector. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and maximize sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies for IT solutions, services, and products, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve both individual and team targets. Provide ongoing coaching and support to improve sales skills.

3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Understand their business needs and provide IT solutions that deliver value and drive customer satisfaction.

4. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector, including both small and enterprise-level accounts.

5. Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring it is healthy, with clear priorities and timely follow-ups on all leads. Track progress and report on key sales metrics.

6. Product Knowledge and Presentation: Keep up to date with the latest IT solutions, products, and industry trends. Conduct product demos and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of the solutions.

7. Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations with potential clients and close high-value deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.

8. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, technical, and product teams to align sales efforts with the company's overall strategy, and ensure smooth implementation of solutions.

9. Market Analysis and Reporting: Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales strategies. Provide regular reports on sales performance to senior management.

10. Customer Retention: Focus on long-term relationships and ensure high levels of customer retention by providing exceptional service and support.

Qualifications:



1. 5+ Years of IT Sales Experience: At least 5 years of experience in IT sales or selling technology solutions and services, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

2. Team Leadership: Strong leadership experience in managing and mentoring sales teams, driving performance, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

3. Strong Knowledge of IT Products and Solutions: Deep understanding of IT services, hardware, software, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and other relevant technology offerings.

4. Sales Process Management: Experience in managing the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.

5. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical solutions in a clear and compelling manner to diverse audiences.

6. CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines, track leads, and generate reports.

7. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and trends to inform sales strategies and decisions.

8. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close large and complex deals with clients.

9. Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.

10. Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
