To take complete ownership of the P&L and revenue targets for all Durlabh Darshan Kendras. The primary goal is to drive profitability by leading the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
P&L and Revenue Ownership:
Own the achievement of revenue and profitability targets for the entire Kendra network.
Sales Strategy:
Design and implement effective sales strategies to maximize ticket sales, product sales and revenue per customer.
Team Training & Performance:
Lead, train, and continuously mentor all Kendra sales executives to build a high-performing team.
Performance Management:
Set clear sales quotas, monitor performance against key metrics, and ensure the team meets its goals.
Reporting:
Analyze sales data and report on performance, forecasts, and strategies to senior leadership.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience (4+ yrs) in a sales leadership role with a strong history of exceeding targets.
Direct experience managing a P&L.
Expert in training, motivating, and managing a front-line sales force.
A results-driven individual with a sharp, analytical mindset.
