Role Clarity Document - Sales Manger (Liaison Services Team)
Role Purpose
To generate new business opportunities and manage client relationships for the
Liaison Services division
by promoting the company's expertise in government approvals, clearances, compliance support, and end-to-end liaison activities. The role focuses on identifying potential clients, explaining the liaison service offerings, and closing contracts to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and approach potential clients in industries such as
real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing, and corporate services
.
Pitch liaison services (approvals, licenses, government clearances, regulatory support).
Generate leads through
cold calling, networking, B2B forums, associations, and referrals
.
Client Engagement
Understand client requirements and pain points in
approvals & compliance
.
Coordinate with the internal liaison team to design solutions.
Present proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Serve as the first point of contact for client queries.
Build networks with
consultants, associations, and government intermediaries
to generate business leads.
Market Intelligence
Track government policy updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Provide inputs to management on
new service opportunities
.
Target Achievement
Deliver monthly/quarterly business development targets.
Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education:
Graduate / MBA (preferred in Marketing / Business Management).
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Ability to explain complex processes simply.
Networking and relationship-building ability.
Target-driven with a proactive approach.
Other:
Comfortable with
field visits, client meetings, and local travel
(primarily Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu region).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
