We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager - Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth by developing sales strategies. This role involves both office work and field visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers.
Negotiate sales deals and follow up on leads.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Track sales performance and report to the management.
Provide training and support to junior sales team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in engineering or cold storage solutions.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
