Sales Manager
to lead our sales operations in the interior designing sector. The ideal candidate should be a strong leader who can manage a team effectively, ensure timely lead follow-ups, drive target achievement, and represent the company with integrity and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Ensure all incoming leads are followed up promptly, professionally, and consistently.
Monitor team performance, set daily/weekly goals, and ensure accountability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their design requirements and guiding them through the sales process.
Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth client communication and project handover.
Develop sales strategies to increase conversions and maximize revenue.
Track sales metrics, review team reports, and present updates to management.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, customer care, and service quality throughout the client journey.
Identify market opportunities and support business growth initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the
interior design, or any service industry
.
Proven ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Goal-focused, proactive, and reliable with a strong sense of ownership.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets consistently.
Good understanding of CRM tools and lead management.
Professional, well-spoken, and confident in handling premium clients.
