Job Description

Livmax Advisors LLP is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for setting sales targets, developing strategies, and ensuring the achievement of company goals. This role involves managing a team, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for real estate projects. Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Guide and mentor team members to improve performance. Prepare sales reports and present results to management.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience in real estate sales with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Knowledge of the local real estate market will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per year
