Titanium Mahindra is looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Sales Manager
to lead the Mahindra car sales operations at our
Bariatu, Ranchi
location. The role involves managing the sales team, driving volumes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving dealership targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
Plan and execute sales strategies to increase market share and retail volumes
Monitor daily sales performance, inquiries, test drives, bookings, and deliveries
Ensure high standards of customer experience and Mahindra brand guidelines
Coordinate with finance, insurance, exchange, and stock teams for smooth operations
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Conduct regular sales meetings, training, and performance reviews
Ensure timely MIS reporting to management
Support marketing activities, local promotions, and events
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
Minimum
5-8 years of experience
in automobile sales, including
2-3 years as Sales Manager
Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Good knowledge of Mahindra products, finance, and exchange processes
Proficient in MS Excel, CRM, and MIS reporting
