Job Description

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets for steel pipes (GI, MS,Hand pump,PVC,HDPE etc). Manage and lead the sales team, assign targets, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance. Identify new customers such as contractors, builders, fabricators, industries, and government departments. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business. Handle price negotiations, quotations, and finalize sales deals as per company policy. Coordinate with purchase, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to adjust sales plans. Prepare daily sales reports, outstanding payment reports, and market feedback for management. Ensure timely collection of payments and control outstanding dues. Resolve customer complaints related to quality, quantity, or delivery issues. Support marketing activities such as promotions, catalog distribution, and product awareness. Ensure compliance with company policies, GST norms, and documentation requirements. Visit market, project sites, and key customers regularly to generate new business. Assist management in forecasting sales and planning inventory levels.
