Sales Manager - Villas & Apartments



Key Responsibilities



1. Revenue & Targets



Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and manage pricing strategy for ongoing and upcoming projects. Track and forecast the sales pipeline regularly. Report sales performance and updates to senior leadership.

2. Lead Management



Qualify and manage inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins. Use CRM tools to track lead status, assign tasks, and monitor progress. Ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads by self and team.

3. Client Engagement



Conduct property presentations, virtual meetings, and in-person site visits. Understand client requirements and offer suitable property options. Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and terms to close deals successfully.

4. Team Leadership



Lead and mentor a team of 3-6 sales executives. Conduct daily team huddles and performance reviews. Provide regular training on product knowledge and soft skills.

5. Channel Partner Network



Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers and channel partners. Organize and lead broker meetings, site visits, and referral initiatives.

6. Documentation & Compliance



Liaise with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth documentation. Assist clients with agreement signing, loan processing, and KYC formalities. Ensure all transactions comply with RERA and other regulatory requirements.

7. Market Intelligence



Monitor competitor projects, pricing, and market activity. Collect and analyze buyer behavior trends to inform sales strategies. Share insights with marketing and leadership to improve positioning.

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
