Lead, motivate, and manage the two-wheeler sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Plan and execute sales strategies, promotions, and local marketing activities.
Monitor daily sales performance, enquiries, conversions, and follow-ups.
Ensure proper customer handling, test rides, booking, billing, and delivery processes.
Maintain strong relationships with OEM representatives and ensure compliance with company and brand policies.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Ensure availability of stock, proper display, and visual merchandising in the showroom.
Oversee documentation related to sales, finance, insurance, and RTO coordination.
Handle customer escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Train and develop sales executives to improve productivity and product knowledge.
