Job Description

TRUE VALUE SALES MANAGER

Sales & Business Development:



Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for pre-owned cars. Generate leads through digital platforms, exchange offers, referrals, and local networking. Drive promotional campaigns to increase footfall and visibility of True Value.

Team Management:



Lead and motivate the True Value sales team (evaluators, sales consultants, telecallers). Monitor performance, set targets, and conduct regular training sessions.

Procurement & Valuation:



Supervise used vehicle procurement through exchange, walk-ins, or direct sourcing. Ensure fair and competitive evaluation of vehicles based on True Value guidelines.

Inventory & Pricing:



Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure vehicle display readiness. Manage pricing strategy based on market conditions, vehicle condition, and reconditioning cost.

Customer Experience:



Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction in both buying and selling experiences. Resolve escalations and follow up on post-sale services and documentation.

Coordination & Compliance:



Coordinate with service, accounts, insurance, and RTO departments. Ensure compliance with True Value audit standards, documentation, and branding guidelines.

Reporting & MIS:



Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, stock, leads, conversions, and revenue. Analyze data for performance improvement and business planning.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
