1. Make budget and sales plan for the markets under your regional sales scope, including (countries, agent list, products, incentive...etc.).
2. Create and search for new ideas to maximum business share.
3. Promoting Royalsky . to Agents, by Sales trips, phone calls, emails, and all marketing and follow-up tools.
4. Follow-up agent's payment in coordination with the account.
5. Achieve your monthly / quarter target calculated by the management.
6. Have to maintain a list of all outgoing customers every month and to verify.
7. Track the performance of each sales person and increase their sales volume and profit . Motivate the sales team to hit and exceed their targets
8.Industrial Visit and corporate visit
9. Focus on the collection and balance funds coming from customers of each sales person
10. Verify the call report of Sales Team and find the reasons of drop cases
11.Verify Reviews
12.Manage sales meetings as well as all sales related matters.
13. Handle unforeseen problems, complaints and determine eligibility for money returns.
14.Prepare and submit monthly sales report to management
