Job Summary:



As the Sales Team Manager, you will spearhead both the Offline Sales Team and the Inside Sales Team, driving strategic initiatives to maximize enrollments for NEET MDS and INI CET courses. You'll be responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets across assigned territories, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.

Key Responsibilities :



Lead and manage both the Offline Sales Team and Inside Sales Team.

Drive enrollments for NEET MDS / INI CET courses across assigned territories.

Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

Conduct training, mentoring, and performance evaluations of sales counselors.

Strategize territory-specific plans to boost revenue and student conversions.

Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and academic teams.

Handle escalations and ensure excellent customer service.

Monitor adherence to processes, discipline, and reporting standards.

Requirements:



Graduate/Postgraduate with 5-7 years of proven sales management experience, preferably in EdTech/Education.

Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.

Target-driven with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proven record of driving sales numbers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
