We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Guwahati, Assam. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Manage sales pipeline and forecast sales performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
