Job Title: Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Manager - Agency Channel - Bangalore (Basavanagudi) - 3 to 5 years+
Location: Bangalore - Basavanagudi
Summary:
We are looking for experienced Sales Manager / Sr Sales Manager professionals to lead our Agency channel in Basavanagudi, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of insurance sales experience, preferably from the General Insurance, Insurance Broking, or Health Sales segments, with a strong background in the Agency Channel.

• Achieving top-line (revenue) and bottom-line (profitability) targets through effective team and agent management.
• Retention of agents by ensuring motivation, support, and continuous engagement.
• Conducting agent training programs to boost skills and sales performance.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience in insurance sales.
• Preferably from Agency Channel with experience in General Insurance, Insurance Broking, or Health Sales.
• Age up to 35 years.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a result-oriented approach.
