Role Overview



We are seeking a high-performing

Sales Manager

with strong experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management in the

spa, wellness, hospitality, or luxury services

industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving

revenue growth, achieving sales targets, developing corporate partnerships, and expanding market reach

.

Key Responsibilities



Revenue Generation & Sales Growth

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual

sales & revenue targets

. Drive

membership sales, gift voucher sales, and package promotions

. Monitor sales performance and ensure outlet profitability.

Business Development

Identify and acquire new

corporate clients, hotel tie-ups, and institutional partners

. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients. Develop innovative sales strategies to maximize market penetration.

Account & Relationship Management

Nurture and grow existing corporate accounts through renewals, upselling, and loyalty programs. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular engagement. Act as a brand ambassador for O2 Spa Wellness in all client interactions.

Marketing & Campaigns

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute

sales promotions, campaigns, and partnerships

. Represent the brand at industry events, wellness expos, and networking forums.

Analysis & Reporting

Conduct regular

market research and competitor analysis

to identify growth opportunities. Prepare and present

sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance dashboards

.

Requirements



Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.

1-3 years of proven sales experience

in Spa, Wellness, Hospitality, Aviation, or Luxury Retail. Demonstrated ability to

achieve revenue targets and drive business growth

. Strong corporate network with excellent business development skills. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure, with a performance-driven approach. Willingness to travel and engage with clients across regions.
