Key Responsibilities:
Handle client inquiries and provide property consultations.
Conduct property site visits and follow up with potential buyers.
Close sales deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with marketing and tele-calling teams for lead follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM.
Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and competitive projects.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in real estate sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
Knowledge of the local property market and projects.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients.
