Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets for industrial safety uniforms, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and safety solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries such as manufacturing, construction, oil & gas, logistics, and healthcare.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, distributors, contractors, and safety officers.
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior management.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients while ensuring profitability.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and demonstrate strong product knowledge to clients.
Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
