? Handling the sales managers and driving business in motor vertical through the agents in assigned state / Region / Territory
? Drive the sales managers to recruit, train, and manage sales agents, focusing on driving Motor Insurance business through the agency model.
? Increasing the Agents numbers in assigned territory
1. Lead and Manage Sales Team: Recruit, train, and motivate sales agents to achieve sales targets.
2. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective strategies for motor insurance sales, including targeting specific customer segments and leveraging different channels.
3. Sales Target Achievement: Ensure the sales team meets or exceeds sales objectives and goals.
4. Compliance: Maintain compliance with industry regulations and guidelines, particularly regarding agent licensing and commission payments.
5. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including assisting with policy renewals and resolving issues.
6. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
7. Coordination with Other Departments: Work collaboratively with Operations team, Recon team, And HR departments to ensure seamless operations.
8. Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
9. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to drive sales growth and efficiency
