Role Description:

As a

Sales Manager - Home Loans (Corporate DSA)

, you will be responsible for managing and driving home loan sales through direct partnerships with leading banks and NBFCs. You will play a key role in generating leads, engaging potential customers, and facilitating seamless loan disbursement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of home loan products through the Corporate DSA channel Collaborate with multiple banks and NBFCs to structure and execute loan offerings Generate leads through various sources and convert prospects into successful closures Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts and ensure smooth operations Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and clients Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the home loan journey

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of home loan products and the overall lending process Prior experience in sales management or working as a DSA with banks/NBFCs Proven track record of lead generation and successful deal closures Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Willingness to work on-site at our Bengaluru office Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field Prior experience in real estate or financial services is an advantage
