Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers (principals, management, etc.)
Identify new business opportunities and close B2B deals with schools in the assigned region
Deliver engaging product demos and proposals tailored to school needs
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to regional growth
Work closely with the onboarding and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation
Provide regular updates on pipeline progress, market insights, and competitor activity
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in school sales (B2B)
Strong existing connects with schools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities
Comfortable with travel and on-ground field work
Graduate degree; experience in education, EdTech, or school supplies industry preferred
Build partnerships with IB, IGCSE, ICSE, and premium CBSE schools
