Job Description

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, online platforms, and referrals.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
Respond to inquiries from potential clients and provide information about available properties.
Property Presentations and Viewings:
Showcase properties to potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the buying process.
Address client questions and concerns, providing accurate and detailed information.
Sales Negotiation and Deal Closure:
Negotiate sales terms, including price, financing options, and contract terms, to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and purchase agreements to clients.
Coordinate with relevant parties, such as lawyers and financial institutions, to facilitate a smooth transaction process.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Follow up with clients after the sale to address any concerns and secure referrals.
Market Knowledge and Reporting: Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, including leads generated, property viewings, and sales
closures.

Provide feedback to the sales team and management on market conditions and client preferences.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Experience in Real Estate.
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations.
Compensation:

Competitive salary from INR 4 lakh to 7 lakh with the opportunity for high monthly incentives based on sales performance.
