Role Title: Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales planning, team leadership, channel partner management, and customer engagement across residential real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement project-wise sales plans aligned with business targets.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor sales performance, pipeline movement, and closure ratios.
Team Management
Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Allocate leads, define daily productivity metrics, and review follow-ups.
Conduct regular sales reviews and on-ground performance assessments.
Channel Partner Management
Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners and brokers.
Drive channel sales initiatives, CP meets, and incentive programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation norms.
Customer Engagement
Handle key client interactions and support the team in high-value negotiations.
Ensure superior customer experience from enquiry to booking.
Address escalations related to pricing, offers, and commitments.
Reporting & Compliance
Maintain accurate MIS,
Ensure adherence to RERA guidelines and internal sales processes.
?Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams for seamless closures.
