Sales Manager - Real Estate

Location: Corporate Office - Cascade Buildtech, Sec-82, Mohali
Department: Open Sales Team

Job Summary:

We're hiring a dynamic Sales Manager to lead property sales across our premium real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong Channel Partner (CP) network in the Tricity area and a proven track record in real estate sales.

Responsibilities:

Drive residential and commercial property sales Activate and manage CP network to generate leads Conduct site visits, presentations, and client negotiations Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to meet monthly targets Maintain accurate sales records and reporting

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of real estate sales experience Strong CP connections in Tricity (Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Target-driven and self-motivated Must have own vehicle for client meetings and site visits
