The Sales Manager - Real Estate is responsible for driving property sales, managing the sales team, achieving monthly and annual targets, and ensuring excellent customer experience. The role involves lead conversion, site sales operations, channel partner management, and coordination with marketing and CRM teams. Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned sales targets for residential projects
Handle walk-ins, site visits, and lead closures
Conduct property presentations and negotiations with customers
Ensure timely booking, documentation, and payment follow-ups
Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle escalations
Coordinate with CRM team for booking, agreements, and handover
Maintain long-term relationships to generate referrals
Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns
Share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with management
Provide market feedback, competitor analysis, and pricing inputs
