Job Description



We are looking for a high-performing

Sales Manager

to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving sales performance to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular sales reports. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
