Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager with strong experience in resale residential and industrial properties. The candidate should have in-depth market knowledge, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to close high-value resale deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Handle resale transactions for residential and industrial properties

Generate leads through calls, references, brokers, and channel partners

Manage client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups

Negotiate prices and close deals successfully

Coordinate with brokers, channel partners, and internal teams

Support clients with documentation, agreement, and registration process

Maintain long-term relationships with buyers and sellers

Track market trends and assist in property valuation

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Key Skills & Requirements

3-5 years of experience in resale real estate

Strong knowledge of Gurgaon real estate market

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to handle high-ticket deals independently

Experience in residential and/or industrial property resale

Graduate with a real estate background preferred

Target-driven and self-motivated
