Job Responsibilities-Sales & Business Development
Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients in
Real Estate and Food/F&B sectors
Pitch
digital marketing services
(SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads, Branding, Lead Generation)
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Strategy & Coordination
Understand client requirements and propose customized digital solutions
Coordinate with internal marketing and creative teams for smooth execution
Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, and closures
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
Market Growth
Research market trends and competitor activities
Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients
Represent the company professionally at meetings and events
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in
Sales / BDM role
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Knowledge of
digital marketing services
is mandatory
Experience handling
Real Estate or Food brands
is a strong advantage
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
Comfortable with client meetings and field sales
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools is a plus
