B.Tech (Electrical) or Diploma in Engineering (Mandatory)
Job Summary:-
We are looking for a highly experienced and technically sound Sales Manager to lead business development in the Power Sector. The candidate must have a strong background in engineering, excellent knowledge of lighting and electrical drawings, and experience working with major power sector clients and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:-
Handle key accounts such as L&T, TATA, KPTL, KEC, Godrej, TRANSRAIL, Monte Carlo
Understand and interpret engineering and lighting drawings
Manage and prepare tenders, ensuring timely approvals
Drive project execution and ensure repeat billing cycles
Lead a team to meet and exceed sales targets
Monitor revenue growth and ensure profitability
Skills & Requirements:-
Minimum 5+ years in B2B/Infra/Lighting/Electrical sales
Experience with Sales CRM tools like Zoho or HubSpot
Strong ability to close deals and manage sales cycles
Excellent leadership, motivation, and communication skills
Ability to work on KRAs, team performance, and process improvements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
