We are seeking a proactive and strategic B2B Sales Officer / Sales Manager to drive sales growth by acquiring and managing business clients. The role involves developing long-term relationships with corporate customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs while achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients across targeted industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.
Understand clients' business needs and propose customized products or services to provide effective solutions.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's B2B customer base.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, presentations, negotiation, to closing deals.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align offerings with client expectations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to capitalize on new business opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and present results to senior management.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize company profitability.
Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales (X+ years preferred), ideally in [specific industry].
