We are looking for a high-impact Sales Manager responsible for developing and managing business in the assigned region. The role requires strong B2B sales capabilities, market development skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, kitchen studios, PMCs, fabricators, builders, and HoReCa clients.
You will lead regional market expansion, drive revenue growth, and ensure strong brand visibility through strategic planning and on-ground sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Region Development & Market Expansion
- Identify, develop, and grow new markets within the assigned region.
- Create and execute a regional business plan aligned with organizational sales objectives.
- Open new key accounts across distributors, kitchen companies, fabricators, retailers, and project developers.
- Drive brand visibility through product presentations, sampling, and participation in local events/exhibitions.
2. Sales & Revenue Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets (volume & value).
- Develop strategies for growth across product categories.
- Monitor margins, collections, and overall sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing & product teams for region-specific promotions.
3. Team Building & Leadership
- Recruit, train, and manage local sales executives or representatives.
- Mentor team members and enable strong client relationship management.
- Drive performance through structured coaching and goal alignment.
4. Key Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with:
- Architects & Interior Designers (A&D)
- Kitchen & Furniture Companies
- Builders, Developers & PMCs
- Hospitality & HoReCa clients
- Ensure consistent engagement through product updates, presentations, sample placements, and joint initiatives.
5. Travel & On-Ground Client Engagement
- Spend majority of time in the market meeting clients, visiting showrooms, and tracking ongoing projects.
- Conduct on-site meetings and frequent follow-ups to drive conversions.
6. Reporting & Coordination
- Provide timely sales forecasts, competitor intelligence, and market insights.
- Coordinate with supply chain & warehouse teams for deliveries and inventory alignment.
- Ensure tracking of payments and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Achievement of region sales targets
- Number of new accounts opened
- Active project conversions (A&D / PMC / Builder leads)
- Frequency of client meetings & presentations
- Market share growth in assigned region
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5-7 years' experience in building materials/interior products (tiles, quartz, laminates, kitchens, etc.)
- Strong B2B network with architects, designers, builders, kitchen studios, and project partners
- Highly self-driven, strategic thinker, and comfortable with extensive trave
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
