We're expanding our horizons with a brand-new MICE division, and we're looking for a driven and organized Sales Manager to join our journey. We are looking for someone who has experience in sales, a passion for events and travel, and a knack for keeping things structured. As part of a young, collaborative team within an established travel brand, you'll help build lasting client relationships and create memorable corporate experiences.
Key Tasks:
Build and manage relationships with corporate clients for meetings, incentives, conferences, and events.
Understand client needs and create tailored proposals and quotations.
Support in planning and coordinating with suppliers and internal departments to deliver seamless MICE experiences.
Keep all client and sales data organized and up to date in company systems.
Follow company protocols and reporting structures for consistency and accuracy.
Stay informed on MICE trends, destinations, and competitor offerings.
Meet and exceed sales goals while contributing to the team's growth and culture.

Strong English communication skills -- spoken and written.

Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in MICE, event, or corporate travel sales preferred.
