, capable of building and managing relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for Fire Fighting and ELV systems.
Generate new business opportunities through
B2B sales
channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and government authorities.
Identify and approach potential corporate clients, construction companies, and facility management firms.
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and tenders.
Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth project execution.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics) or related field.
Minimum
5+ years of proven B2B sales experience
in Fire Fighting Systems and ELV solutions (CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Fire Alarm, BMS, etc.).
Strong network with consultants, contractors, and developers in the industry.
Excellent knowledge of NFPA, NBC, and other relevant fire & safety standards.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
