We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets Lead and motivate the sales team Identify new business opportunities Build and maintain strong client relationships Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Proven 3+ experience in sales and team management Strong communication and leadership skills Target-oriented mindset Bachelor's degree preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
