We are a growing garment brand specializing in men's bottom wear. We are expanding our Multi-Brand Outlet (MBO) network and looking for an experienced Sales Manager - MBO to lead sales growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand the MBO network across assigned regions.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify new MBO partners and on-board profitable accounts.
Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
Monitor product placement, sales performance, and stock rotation at MBO counters.
Regular market visits to understand trends, competitor activity, and customer demand.
Coordinate with the production, merchandising, and warehouse teams for order processing.
Ensure timely collections and manage credit limits with retailers.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Plan and execute promotional activities to increase visibility and sales.
