Managing the Sales Process
and
Customer Relationship Management.
Duties
Key Responsibilities:1. Managing Sales Process:
Identify and establish business relationships in line with the company's sales mix and defined timelines
2. Relationship Management:
Act as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams (support, operations, etc.)
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support coordination
Build long-term relationships with clients and renew/expand business agreements
Handle client queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure service delivery excellence
Key Skills Required:
Strong consultative and value-based selling approach
Excellent relationship-building and key account management skills
Proven ability in sales planning, forecasting, and performance review
Competency in preparing and presenting MIS reports
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Ability to motivate and improve performance of the sales team
Good negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal)
Sound understanding of the fuel/energy market and client needs
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, or related field
Prior experience in the fuel, petroleum, or logistics sector is a strong advantage
Working knowledge of CRM software and data analytics tools
Conduct market analysis and provide insights on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to expand into new territories and increase overall market share
Identify potential clients, new business opportunities, and explore upselling/cross-selling with existing customers
Achieve revenue targets through effective sales planning and execution
Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for internal tracking
