Responsibilities

:

Talk to walk-in customers and those who call or inquire online.

Explain project details like floor plans, prices, and features.

Arrange and attend site visits with customers.

Follow up with leads and help them make a booking.

Maintain customer data and update records.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Work with internal teams like CRM and documentation to ensure smooth handover.

Keep an eye on market trends and competitor projects.

Attend property shows and events when needed.

Skills Needed:

Minimum 3 to 6 years in real estate sales (

preferably in high-rise residential)

Good communication and convincing skills.

Experience in selling homes, especially in high-rise buildings.

Friendly and customer-focused attitude.

Ability to work under pressure.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, emails, etc.).
