Job Purpose :
To lead and grow
uPVC and Aluminum doors and windows business
by managing sales operations, driving site-based lead generation and conversions, and achieving revenue targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Growth
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, customer presentations, quotations, negotiations, and closures.
Drive direct sales through residential, builder floors, villas, apartments, and small commercial projects.
2. Team & Field Management
Manage and guide sales / sales cum field scouting executives.
Monitor daily field activities including site scouting and follow-ups.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide on-ground sales support.
3. Lead Generation & Conversion
Personally scout new sites and key projects when required.
Ensure strong follow-up mechanism for all enquiries and site leads.
Maximize lead-to-order conversion ratio.
4. Customer & Stakeholder Management
Build relationships with homeowners, builders, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
Handle key negotiations and customer escalations.
Ensure high customer satisfaction from enquiry to installation.
5. Coordination & Execution
Coordinate with Fenesta internal teams for measurements, approvals, production, and installation.
Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution.
Resolve site-level issues in coordination with operations teams.
6. Reporting & Market Intelligence
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Director.
Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market opportunities.
Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and forecasts.
