Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management o Oversee daily gym and beauty parlour operations. o Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment readiness. o Monitor stock and ensure timely procurement. o Supervise services and ensure SOP compliance.
2. Human Resource Management o Recruit, train, and schedule staff. o Conduct briefings and performance evaluations. o Manage PF, ESI, leaves, incentives, and welfare.
3. Customer Experience & Client Relations o Ensure excellent customer service. o Handle complaints professionally. o Track memberships, renewals, and client records. 4. Sales & External Relationship Building o Promote services inside and outside the studio. o Visit nearby women-centric businesses to attract clients. o Distribute brochures and promotional material. o Convert enquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.
5. Community Building & Marketing Coordination o Conduct monthly events, workshops, and meet-ups. o Manage WhatsApp groups and client engagement. o Collect testimonials and support social media activities.
6. Business Development Responsibilities A. Lead Generation - Generate and convert leads through outreach and follow-ups. B. Market Research - Track competition and share improvement ideas. C. Partnerships - Build tie-ups with institutions and businesses. D. Field Marketing - Promote services in local areas confidently. E. Community Engagement - Strengthen women-focused networks. F. Reporting - Submit weekly and monthly BD reports.
7. Administration & Financial Management o Handle billing, payments, and daily closing. o Maintain reports and ensure compliance. Daily Operations o Opening & closing procedures. o Booking management across WhatsApp/Instagram/phone. o Staff task allocation and grooming checks. o Customer handling, billing, and follow-up communication
