Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Sales Target Achievement
Drive the team to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and overall revenue.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics regularly.
2. Lead Generation & Business Development
Create, plan, and execute campaigns for new lead generation.
Build relationships with potential clients through calls, social media, events, and partnerships.
Work closely with the marketing team to convert marketing-qualified leads into sales.
3. Floor Management & Team Leadership
Supervise daily operations of the sales floor to ensure smooth functioning.
Monitor team performance, provide training, and handle performance reviews.
Maintain discipline, motivation, and a positive work environment among the team.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, issues, and escalations promptly.
Maintain and update client databases (CRM) with accurate and current information.
5. Reporting & Coordination
Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and service teams for seamless customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in [industry type, e.g., healthcare, retail, aesthetics, etc.].
Proven record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Salary:
Based on experience + performance incentives.
