IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our Retail Banking team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a Sales Manager-Cross Sell (SME Loans), you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through cross selling of SME loans to our existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for cross selling of SME loans
- Identify and target potential customers for SME loans through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable SME loan products
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competition to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments within the bank to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing and customer service
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Train and mentor junior sales team members to improve their cross selling skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of SME loan products and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as needed
