The Sales Manager for Construction is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing the company's business development and sales strategy. You will be tasked with generating new leads, nurturing existing client relationships, and securing profitable contracts for our construction services. The ideal candidate is a hunter with a proven track record in the construction industry, possessing deep industry knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to build a high-performing sales pipeline.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 7-10 years of proven sales and business development experience within the construction industry.
Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and securing multi-million dollar contracts.
Established network of contacts with developers, owners, architects, and general contractors.
Deep understanding of construction processes, project delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, CM-at-Risk), and contract negotiation.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
