Position Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for defining, executing, and managing the overall corporate sales strategy. This leadership role involves direct management of the Business Development Executive (BDE) team, driving key strategic accounts, and securing major bulk contracts. The manager is the ultimate owner of the sales P&L, responsible for market share growth, revenue generation, and maintaining premium brand positioning in the B2B sector.
Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Sales Strategy and Revenue Management o Target Setting & Forecasting: Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets for the organization/region. Conduct accurate sales forecasting and variance analysis to ensure consistent achievement of revenue and profitability goals.
