Responsible for developing and managing B2B retailer networks, driving sales growth, handling customized jewellery orders, and ensuring strong coordination with internal teams across the assigned territory-(Ratnagiri, Kohlapur & sindhudurg) Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Planning
Map assigned territory to identify potential retailers and opportunities.
Prepare and execute Monthly Journey Plan (PJP).
Track market trends, competitor activity, and retailer requirements.
Sales & Business Growth
Visit retailers to present company profile, catalogues, and new collections.
Demonstrate sample products and explain designs and value proposition.
Negotiate and close B2B orders, including customized jewellery orders.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Retailer Relationship Management
Onboard new retail partners.
Maintain long-term relationships with existing retailers.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve queries promptly.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with Sales Support, Operations, and Accounts for order processing and delivery.
Handle high-value stock responsibly.
Maintain daily visit logs and submit sales reports.
Participate in review meetings and sales planning sessions.
Candidate Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
4-8 years of B2B sales experience (Diamond / Gold / Luxury Jewellery preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Good regional market knowledge- Goa
Proficient in English and local languages.
Willing to travel extensively.
