The Sales Manager - Real Estate is responsible for leading the sales team, driving property sales, achieving revenue targets, and managing customer relationships. The role involves planning sales strategies, handling key clients, coordinating with marketing teams, and ensuring successful closure of residential or commercial real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Lead, train, and manage a team of sales executives and channel partners.
Generate leads through site visits, walk-ins, referrals, brokers, and digital platforms.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with prospective clients.
Handle pricing, payment plans, booking procedures, and agreement coordination.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and channel partners.
Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, and lead generation activities.
Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and analyze market trends.
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, company policies, and documentation processes.
Resolve customer queries, objections, and post-sales coordination issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5-10 years of experience in
real estate sales
, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Skills & Competencies
