Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential project
Generate and convert leads through site visits, channel partners, and direct sales activities
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and legal teams to ensure smooth sales operations
Handle negotiations, pricing discussions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of proven experience
in real estate sales
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
