Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales plans to meet monthly and annual targets.
Lead and guide the sales team to ensure consistent performance.
Identify and onboard new business clients, eCommerce sellers, and logistics partners.
Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Track performance metrics and prepare sales reports for management.
Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to enhance Courier Karo's market presence.
Attend client meetings and represent the company professionally.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in sales (preferably in courier, logistics, or SaaS).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficient in Excel, CRM tools, and reporting.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven personality.
