Role: Sales Manager - Software Sales


We're looking for a result-driven

Sales Manager

to lead our software sales team, drive revenue, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly & yearly targets. Generate new leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Conduct product demos and presentations to potential customers. Train, mentor, and support telesales/field sales executives. Prepare sales reports and provide market insights to management.

Requirements:



Proven experience in

B2B / SaaS / Software Sales

. Strong communication & negotiation skills. Ability to manage and motivate a sales team. Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results. Knowledge of CRM or field management software will be an advantage.
