Key Responsibilities
:
Drive residential and commercial property sales in the Zirakpur region
Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and closures
Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and direct clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company goals
Guide and motivate the sales team for improved performance and conversions
Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management and follow-ups
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Requirements
:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience
(Zirakpur market experience mandatory)
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, customer behavior, and pricing dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills
Result-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
