Key Responsibilities: Drive B2B and B2C sales for travel packages, hotel bookings, and customized itineraries. Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and individual travelers. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth travel experiences for clients. Generate leads via field visits, online marketing coordination, networking events, and referrals. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and ROI. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in travel, hospitality, or tourism industry. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Must be willing to travel for client meetings and market visits.
